I purchased something online via Paypal thinking that in case the purchase was a scam - you never know, Paypal would not process the payment until the product was shipped. Paypal, however, has already processed the payment and I have yet to receive shipping confirmation from the seller. Is this a change in procedure or does a seller have a way around that?
