Payment problems

Hi there!

 

I encountered a problem on the PayPal app concerning my payments. Every time I want to send money I can choose the person I want to send the money to, enter the amount and add a message but as soon as I click review, I have to link a new card (credit card), but I don't want that. Even though I have already linked two bank accounts long time ago it does not want me to pay through them always just a credit card. I never had a problem with transferring until yesterday. I cannot even choose another payment option. I also have the same problem on the website.
