Payment problem

I sent a payment to a recipient and they never received the money. The transaction shows completed on my end, but they never received the funds. Paypal will do nothing to help, other than telling me to take it up with my bank. Any feedback would be appreciated if anyone else has had this issue.

Some actual information would help...

 

how did you send the funds, which paypal option was used.

which paypal dispute did you open if you are saying paypal won't help you.

did you escalate the dispute to a claim?

what happened?

if the funds are showing as completed then its successfully gone to the email address/linked to a paypal account that you sent it to, so have you checked the email address was correct without any spelling errors?
