Payment problem

Hi, i have my bank account connected to paypal and i didn't had enough mouney on my account to pay something with paypal and i had my balance -, now it's restored, i have money on my account but i can't make any purchases with paypal.How can i solve this?

You may have to use another funding source, if you have a failed bank transfer then paypal may disable your use of that bank account as a funding source and want you to use the safer option (for them) of a card.

This is because with a bank transfer they credit the seller upfront and paypal take the wait for the bank transfer to arrive, if it doesn't you go into neg as they have already paid the seller so they get you to use a card so it does not happen again.
