Payment problem

Hello!

Here is my problem, I was trying to pay for my monthly Netflix subscribtion via PayPal I was supposed to pay it today and when I attempted to do so I realised my account was short on money and I had to refill it and when I started again, my payment attempts are being declined, I did contact with Netflix and they told me that I had reached the limit of attempting to pay the account for the day and that I can try again after a few hours (in general, the problem is not big at all, but I would still like a confirmation that this is the reason all of my attempts are not being accepted.

You need to contact customer services to resolve any limitation or account issues.
Click help / contact bottom left of Paypal pages for options available for your country.
