Payment pending

I paid for item I bought on eBay , got txt from seller I haven't paid for my item ,but I did . Checked my PayPal account and there is status pending.Can anyone help please?

ASK THE SELLER TO DO THIS.
Go to ebay and click on 'sell' put in anything (as you aren't going to actually list anything) until you get to the main page > scroll down near the bottom and where it says payment methods check the email address that is on that page, is there a spelling mistake or old one?

If seller is from US, they may have to verify some account info to claim or accept money due to new US PayPal account policies.
