I’ve sent a payment to a seller in Poland. The money has been deducted from my card. The status is pending ever since. The seller said that he only proceed the order once he received that amount and he saw no signs from paypal. It is suspicious that he is avoiding contacting paypal regArding this. I emailed paypal twice but no response after 50 hours. What should i do?
