Why is payment still pending a week after buyer has received their item??

PayPal has to confirm delivery with courier. Delays could occur if delivery status has not been updated by the courier but delivered. If tracking status shows delivered, then contact customer service for them to manually check and release funds. Please allow. 24/48 hrs for processing.
