Payment pending

I just recently sold an item on eBay and it’s been ‘pending’ for a couple of days now. I contacted the buyer and they said to contact PayPal and ask for help. So I’m wondering what this means and if there’s anything to fix this.

Is the funds in your Pending PayPal Balance? Or is there a green "Pending" marker on it?

It has my balance then brackets under it so I’m assuming it’s in the pending balance.
