Hi, I’m trying to buy something from a website. The beneficiary can see the payment but it’s pending. I can see it on my PayPal activity and it shows as pending as well. I want to make the purchase but the only option is to cancel. Can you tell me why it’s not working? I use PayPal all the time and have never had this problem.
