Payment paypal not received

Hi Paypal Community,

I got my first paypal payment today and even received email for the same.

However due to some reason it got cancelled within few minutes. ''Saying unclaimed payment was cancelled by buyer''

But the buyer is my relative and says he has not cancelled anything from his side. I dont see paypal receipt in my balance.
