So my VISA is no longer recognized when I try to send payments while I successfully sent a payment to the same person just a day before. It just states "Add a payment option" but the payment option is already added and linked to my account. I'm unsure what the cause is and how to resolve it. I'm attaching screenshots to better explain the issue.

It happens. Hit the "Login to Ask the community" button to create a question for the PayPal community.
