Payment on hold because of unconfirmed shipping address

I tried sending a payment but the recipient reports that the payment is on hold. Checking my account payment status is completed but the shipping address is unconfirmed. Now how can I fix the address for it to match what's on the card? The correct address is already saved on the account; just as I thought there wouldn't be any issue that's why I put additional addresses during the sending of the payment which I removed already from my account profile. But the payment status still reflects the wrong address.
