Payment on hold - FAMILY OR FRIENDS

my payment has been on hold for over 7 days now, it was sent via family or friends. I have received other payments before but they have not been on hold and i am so confused as to why! Everything as normal as it is, no blocks or any account restrictions. Any help or advice as i have contacted customer service but they all reply with same message about it's under review :((

As you have not added your country to your community profile or said in your post then we can't help (Paypal varies a lot country to country).
