I am Kanchana from India and i am a Freelance designer and creative writer. and i have an account with paypal . as i initiated my 1st Paypal order through my creative writing, i received a payment from my client today (USD 250), the amount was on hold in my account. kindly advice me with the reason for the hold and when can i get my amount in my bank account.
