In order to receive a payment, the email address that the payment was sent to needs to be confirmed on your PayPal account. If it isn't, the payment will sit as unclaimed and eventually reverse to the sender. You will want to make sure the email that was the payment was sent to is on your account. Don't worry! If the payment is unclaimed, you can still add and confirm the email to receive the payment.
