Payment notification??

Hi everyone,

my wife and i made a transaction 10 hours ago, we are both new on Paypal so don't know well how it works.. She sent me some money by changing currency ($ to €) from her bank account linked to Paypal (her Paypal balance has no money and she is not allowed to recharge it), after sending the amount she didn't get any message or notification about it, and on my side i haven't received anything yet, even now after 10 hours. No email, no notification, nothing.. We both didn't get anything.

Is that normal??? On her device the money seemed to be sent..

Can anyone tell me what happens or appears when sending and receiving money???

Hi @Cippalippa, if a transaction is made it will show on the recent activity, for us to better assist you and have a look into this matter, you may reach our Customer Support by logging into your account and going to Contact Us section then choose chat option.
