Payment not successful

I was trying to make a payment using my credit card  (Preferred) for a photo exhibition "MWCP JURIED EXHIBITION"

but it was not successful and kept reverting back to the card details screen. 

today is the last day, I was trying every day for the last few days.

Immediate help would be much benefited.  I can then apply.
