So I had my friend request $400 from me when we were all out the other night because I didn't have my card but I know the info so I just paid as a guest ... But it shows paid on my end and it just doesn't show up on his end at all. He is telling me to cancel the payment but I can't... Long story short I had to go through the crap to get back into paypal account that has never really been used which did no good because it doesn't have any transactions from when I paid as a guest. Why is it not showing up on his end??? How can I cancel it???
