Payment not showing in balance

I received a payment of $20 from a friend and it says money received but its not in my available balance

was it sent to paypal cash plus balance?  how do  we access that? thanks

I received a sum of money from a friend just a little while ago and it says the payment is complete but it’s not showing in my balance. I sent them money this morning as well and they received it and can use it no problem. I also received money from another friend yesterday and had no issues
