I recently purchased a product online and I paid via paypal using my credit card. Initially, it was rejected because I didn't have enough credits in my account but I went to top up and it went through. However, I did not receive order confirmation from paypal or the merchant itself but my credit card has been credited. Can anyone advise me on these matters? Thank you.
