Ive sold a book on ebay got a notification saying it had been paid. Buyer said they paid on Paypal but theres no record of that. Ebay said that although i hadnt opted for managed payments the buyer has paid on a credit card and I would have to rrfund if I wasnt going to send the goods! How fan I refund what I havent received either in my paypal or bank account. I dont know what to do!
