Hi I have recently sold an item on eBay and the buyer has paid for the item via PayPal, I haven’t yet received the money or received an email of instant payment off PayPal? I will have to send the parcel as she has paid but I have no funds in my PayPal account. I have tried to contact PayPal directly but had no luck
