I have made a purchase via ebay 830pm Sunday night and submitted payment immediately, I received a notification from PayPal advising personal details required 2 b updated. After completing the update payment went through and advised payment would b completed on Tuesday 10/11 funds have been taken from my account yet the seller is yet to receive tried phoning PayPal only to b told 3hr wait
