Payment not received

My customer says he has sent a payment 2 days ago, has also given me a transac number, but I have neither received the email confirmation neither the payment. What can I do...

Thank you for your post and welcome to the Community Forum!

 

If you are unable to locate the transaction in your Account Summary and you have not received an email on this matter, it may be that the payment was not sent correctly. For example, the payment may have been sent to an incorrect email address, in a currency that you have not added to your account or it may not have been sent at all. I would recommend checking with the buyer again.
