Payment not received

I made payment for a service back in mid May and I got an email from the business today still inquiring about payment as they hadn't received it yet. My PayPal account and the linked card show the money was taken out.

Saying money was taken out doesn't help, you need to say what it says next to the transaction in your paypal account.
