Payment not received

Hi,

It's been 2 months and I was supposed to receive an automated monthly payment but I have not received both the money and an email. I can ensure that they have sent the money because this is the only time this has happened. I really don't know what to do so I'm hoping for any of your help.

Its possible the sender canceled the automatic payment from their automatic payment page in their PayPal account. Check with sender.
