Payment not received-wrong email

I've recently sold an item on eBay, but realised after the sale my PayPal email address was listed incorrectly.  It's a email address I've never had and I've tried to set the same up, but it's obviously already been used as it's not available. The seller has sent the payment to this wrong address in good faith and eBay have said that the buyer can reclaim the payment.  They haven't been able to do this, presumably because it's sat in somebody else's account.  Totally my mistake so what do I need to do to get the funds redirected to my actual account? Any advice appreciated.

TELL THE BUYER TO OPEN A DISPUTE FOR NON RECEIPT OF ITEM ON HIS PAYPAL ACCOUNT.

As that email address / paypal account has nothing to send him then he should get a refund.

However ask him first if the payment has completed OR if its pending or unclaimed with or without a cancel option.
