Been using a debit account for my business banking via PayPal to purchase items for business. It's been working fine, except today. Got an email that the 'transaction did not go through' and to choose another payment. Called my bank; confirmed funds, no restrictions on online payments or this transaction. They said they see two $0 transactions marked 'Ebay/PayPal'. I ended up having to use personal funds to pay for business supplies. PayPal just having issues today? Left message with Customer Service; no reply as yet. Thanks!
