Hello payment not coming on my account there is some problem cause so I cash out my money was it was not come on my paypal..... Anyone just fixed this problem and one more this when I adding email they showing error like ' acount is highly restriction' So please fixed this problem ......

@Vishal080 - from what you mentioned, it sounds like your account has been restricted. In that case, please log in to your Resolution Centre and complete the steps by providing the requested information to resolve the matter.
@KEffat - It sounds to me as though the payment was blocked due to security reasons. I would recommend asking the sender to reach out to us to resolve the matter.
