Payment missing

Someone has deposited $ 150 into my account but i didn't receive that. my email account has been activated. I don't know where the problem is. Can you check to see where the problem is?

For security reasons, we are unable to view your PayPal account via this forum. I would recommend checking the currencies on your PayPal account to ensure that you can receive payments in dollars. You can send money, receive money, and withdraw money in multiple currencies.

  • If you want to send money using your PayPal balance, you should first convert your balance into the currency your recipient prefers.
  • When you receive money in another currency, you can accept the payment in that currency or convert it to a currency you prefer (conversion fees apply).
  • When you withdraw money from your PayPal account, it’s automatically converted to the currency in your bank account.

You can manage multiple currencies in your PayPal account. Simply log in to your PayPal account, and click Wallet near the top of the page.
