Help! I sold something on Facebook. The buyer sent the money via PayPal. He sent a screenshot that the money was sent. I waited a couple days so I could send out the item. I got the email from PayPal saying I had money waiting. I logged in directly from the email (with the verified green lock icon on my iPhone) and it said it was all set, but it doesn’t show in my PayPal balance! I messaged the buyer and he sent me a screenshot of his that says sent-pending. What’s going on?
