I received a payment but I can’t accept it because my card info is on another PayPal account but I don’t know what other account so I need help figuring it out.

Please contact our Customer Support team by phone, you will be asked for the long card number to locate the account that your card is registered on. You can find the contact number by selecting "Help" at the bottom of any PayPal page.
