I made a purchase but the store has not collected the payment. Paypal wont cancel the payment & the store wont acknowlege the purchace bc I dont have a purchase # yet-just a paypal transaction that is in process. How long does this take? I just want to cancel my order but both sides are saying its the others responsibility.
