My buyer has made a payment in Mauritian rupees, which should come up on my activities as awaiting acceptance, but nothing is coming up, so I cant accept it, or report it as a problem. I have the transaction number. Can anyone tell me where I can find a record of the transaction?

If you do have the transaction ID, I'd recommend reaching out to our Customer Support over the phone. They'll be able to look up that ID and check the status of that transaction.
