Payment issues

Hi,

 

I have been trying to purchase online but it just doesn't seem to work. I keep getting the error "You are unable to complete the payment, please get in touch with PayPal support to find out why." I tried to pay via card and paypal balance.

 

Can anyone help?

If you are using your balance then it has to be in the correct currency and you need to mark it as the primary currency for that transaction.

If you are trying to use a card then have you confirmed it first?
