I am having the same problem, whenever I try to transfer any sum of money to a friend, it comes back with an error with a yellow warning sign saying that the payment couldn't be completed at the time and I should try again later, but it's been happening for 2-3 days and customer service hasn't been replying, anyone has any idea?
