Payment issue

I tried to make a purchase from asos.com. Paypal used my prepaid card to make the purchase and took the money, but the purchase was not made. I did not even get an email from asos about the order just like other times. I even tried to send an email to paypal but they have not answered. Help me please.

Is the transaction showing in your paypal transaction list?

If so then what is next to it completed/sent or pending?

It does show up and shows pending, but i have made a similar order before and nothing like that ever happened.

When you pay a company (rather than an ebay seller or individual), then it is often pending until that company processes your order and captures the pending payment.

If they don't process that order and capture the pending payment then the pending status times out at 30 days post-payment.
