Payment issue

I have already added and used my account for some transactions, but since the last transaction (before two weeks) my payments are not possible. When I try to pay (like any other time), it makes me choose a payment method (I have done that already) without other options. I tried to choose the payment method and filled the blank. It shows me that message: ''The bank account you want to add is already in your account.'' Why PayPal wants to select now payment method since I already have done that and used it many times?

P.S. I have money in my bank account and no messages for any problem with my account. 

Can you please tell my how to fix this problem? Thank you!
