Payment issue

I just went to purchase something with my PayPal CC instead for some reason PayPal charged my bank account instead of my cc. Will PayPal switch the payment for me from my checking over to my PayPal cc if I tell them it was done in error? It was almost a $2000 purchase and I can’t have that much out of my bank account right now.

Unlikely if the payment has completed but you can ask?

Failing that ask the seller to refund BUT as their fee is not returned as part of that refund then you could offer to pay the fee for them.

Contact options for Paypal are accessed by clicking help/contact bottom left of Paypal pages...

1. Paypal phones are slowly re-opening and increasing in numbers (you can use the guest option if you can't log in).
2. Live chat is also randomly available.
3. You can send them a message, during business hours you may also be able to message whilst logged out.

4. Have you considered contacting Customer Service via Facebook or Twitter?
