Payment issue

The buyer cannot proceed with the payment. Keep asking "Please add a credit card or debit card to complete the purchase". There is no next step to proceed. please find attached.

Welcome to the Comunity and thanks for asking your question here. 

If the buyer has any problems completing the payment they would have to contact PayPal. This way we can see why this is happening and see how we can get this resolved. 

We are not able to review this through the seller's account, sorry.
