Hey, I recently had an issue where i could not send any payments or receive them. I never had this issue before. It says if it frequently happens you need to contact customer services but when i want to send the message it would not let me. Can anyone help me because i need to pay someone ASAP. On my phone it would say "You can't send money right now." Please someone help.
