Hello I made a PayPal account today , in order to use it as a payment method for my sony playstation account . I tried it for the first time to add 100 NIS to my playstation account wallet , it worked perfectly and instantly ; and i have received the billing information . But when i tried it for the second time , to add 20 NIS more , an error occured , those 20 NIS were not added to my playstation account , and i havent received any billing information . Eventhough those 20 NIS were deducted from my card (bank account) . So what shall i do now ? , will i get this payment back ? , and the most important thing is : Will any future payment work ? Please provide me with any information . Thank you
