Did you send using friends/family or goods/services.

If its the former then can be reviewed for 24 hours.

I'm sorry to hear that your friend hasn't yet received the funds. Is the payment still pending, or have the funds been received? 

Is the transaction marked completed in your account? Was the payment sent as a Friends and Family payment, or a Goods and Services payment?
