Payment into my Paypal account

Hi , This is a first situation of this type for me - I have a merchant that needs to refund an amount of money to my Paypal account - how can they do it ? I originally paid the bill via paypal... Thanks for any help greatfully offered

They can do it by locating the transaction in your account activity, click it, then click "Refund this payment".
