A relative from outside of the USA has sent me money so i updated the order status to be a "service" so that i can get the money sooner and "within 7 days" but it has been over 7 days now and i have not received my money. I saw somewhere that the money will not be released until ANOTHER 14 days. How can i get the money sooner? I really need this money as soon as possible.

So does your buyer have the 'confirm receipt' option on their paypal account (not guaranteed) that they can click to verify receipt of item?
