Ok so I have two banks connected to paypal. One I don't really use and the other I use all the time. Anyways I bought something online and bought a lyft ride. I had my bank account I use all the time set as a preferred method of paying. Somehow those two payments went around this and charged my other account which had no money. So wtf why did it do that? It hadn't done that before.
