Hey, On the 30th of July I have purchased a thing from ebay. When I confirmed the purchase the 5.50 dollars have been paid, but the purchase didn't complete, and I received an email says that the payment is pending.
After 3 days I received an email says that the payment has been reversed, but I didn't get my money back and my balance is still 0.00$, what should I do now?
