Hi, i'm trying to get a payment done but it keeps denying.
I have tried all the steps, such as confirming email etc.
I have used Paypal multiple times to pay things, I can't even open up a support ticket.
"Unfortunately, we are unable to complete your payment at this time. Try again later. If you continue to experience problems, please contact Customer Service."

+ I can't even delete my currency.
I transfered it from Euro to USD, made USD primary and i'm still not able to delete Euro.
