Payment for new egg preferred

Hello, I cannot get a American rep to understand I need to pay a bill for new egg preferred on PayPal even though the phone number is for to do that, why is Americans being treated like this? Do other countries have to call america to pay a bill and get frustrated doing it?, I would like american number to pay the bill?...thanks.

I got the correct number, this number should have been on the new egg preferred email to begin with.
